I think something is missing, what do I do?

If you feel you did not receive a certain product in your Bento, let us know and we’ll take care of it. Email us at support@anime-bento.com. Please send us pictures of your box and the contents that have made it.  We do not take responsibility for items that have been stolen after delivery.  If your box has been tampered with, please contact your local post office and request the postmaster to investigate.

    Forget something missing from my bento , My entire bento has not arrived since a month and the person I am in contact with a Mr Javier Ayala has not responded to me since a week .This despite promising to send me a replacement bento by the 24th of march .My tracking number is GM275326258000065957 . Kindly assist me in this matter.
