Refunds are only offered within 24 hours of ordering. We bill the first week of the month, and ship around 10 before the end of the month. Also, please keep in mind that partial refunds are not offered for 3, 6, or 12-month subscriptions that have already started. We do not accept returns.

Allisha Swindell My 6 month pre-paid subscription was sent and received by you on 12/08/2017. To this day we have received -0- boxes and -0- response from support.
My order # is 1155556117I am now beyond frustrated and at this point getting angry as i feel i have been ripped off. If this continues much longer I will be in touch with the Better Business Bureau. I need a response immediately. -
Mskelseyann I have never received any response to the customer service emails/requests I have sent. I have not received any information about my boxes and I have cancelled your service. You own me a refund for two boxes+shipping. I have filing a complaint with the Texas BBB because you are a scam and have refused to respond to any communication.
